## Shipping Restrictions

## Order Issues
### Wrong or Incomplete Address

### Lost or Damaged Packages
**Lost Packages:** If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

2. Wait 24-48 hours (sometimes carriers mark items as delivered early)

**Damaged Packages:** If your order arrives damaged:
1. Take photos of the packaging and damaged items
2. Contact us at admin@noma.com within 48 hours of delivery
3. We'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately
### Delivery Delays
While rare, delays can occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier disruptions
- Customs processing (international orders)
- High volume periods (holidays)
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

## Holiday Shipping
During major holidays, we recommend ordering early:
